lead to heart attacks, kidney failure, and strokes. A blood pressure reading is considered high if it goes over 140/90. There are many factors that contribute to high blood pressure, including obesity, excessive drinking, stress, birth control pills, kidney disease, adrenal disease and genetic factors.
while there are many prescription drugs that help to lower blood pressure, it can also be treated with all natural remedies. 


Home Remedies to Lower Blood pressure.


1. Watermelon Seeds

In 2010, Florida State conducted a study that showed watermelon can help to lower blood pressure readings. to use, grind equal amounts of dried watermelon and poppy seeds. use one teaspoon of the mixture in the morning, on an empty stomach, and again the evening, before bed. Additionally, add two teaspoons of gently crushed, dried watermelon seeds to one cup of boiled water steep it for about an hour and then drain use four teaspoons of this water regularly throughout the day.

This is because of the high level of potassium in the bananas that help to lessen the effects of sodium on the body. consume one or two bananas each day. Dried apricots, raisins, orange, juice, zucchini, spinach, cantaloupe, sweet potatoes and winter squash are all also beneficial.






4. Garlic:

 
Raw and cooked garlic can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels by relaxing the bloodvessels and increasing the body's production of nitric oxide and hydrogen sulphide. consume one or two garlic crushed garlic cloves per day. The act of crushing garlic cloves create hydrogen
sulphide, which improves blood flow and removes the pressure that is on the heart. taking the garlic clove with milk may make it more pleasant. Alternatively, mix five drops of garlic juice in four teaspoons of water and consume twice per day.

5. Coconut Water:

   
To those with high blood pressure, it is especially important to keep hydrated. it is recommended that they consume eight to ten glasses each day. Coconut water is helpful in lowering blood pressure. A study was published in the West Indian medical journal in 2005 that found that coconut water can help to lower blood pressure.
6. Celery: 

   
celery contains chemicals that help to control blood pressure. They relax the muscles in and aroundthe heart can allow the blood to flow more efficiently. Celery also helps reduce stress hormones, which lower blood pressure. consume one stalk of celery with one glass of water each day.


7. Onion Juice:
   
 
 onion contain antioxidants that lower blood pressure. Simply consume one medium-sized
  raw onion per day. alternatively, you can mix 1/2 teaspoon of onion juice with 1/2 teaspoon of honey and consume twice per day for one to two weeks.


8. cayenne pepper:

 
 cayenne pepper prevents platelets from sticking together and therefore, allow blood to flow moreefficiently. Simply add cayenne pepper to fruit or vegetable salads, as well as in the dishes that you cook. A little cayenne pepper goes a long way so just a pinch will do.



9. Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek seeds contain potassium and fibre that helps to control blood pressure. To use, boil one or two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds in water for about two minutes and then strain.
